Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of tabasco chipotle sauce
  • 1 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 400 g of beef mince
  • 1 tbsp of capers, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and form into 4 patties. Cook over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes or cooked to your liking.
