Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 0.5 tub of gran luchito smoky chipotle taco & fajita seasoning
- 1 pack of gran luchito soft wheat street tacos wraps
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tbsp of gran luchito smoky chipotle salsa
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 lime
Method
Step 1
Mix Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle Fajita and Taco Mix with 3tbsp olive oil.Step 2
Cut chicken breasts into strips and add to bowl, mix well and leave to marinade for at least 15 mins.Step 3
Add the chicken strips to a very hot pan and cook for a few minutes on each side. Remove from heat and leave to rest.Step 4
Meanwhile, warm a stack of Gran Luchito Soft Wheat Street Tacos Wraps wrapped in a tea towel in the microwave for 1 minute.Step 5
Cut the chicken strips into chunks.Step 6
Add a spoonful of the chicken to the Street Tacos Wraps and top each with a spoonful of Gran Luchito Smoky Chipotle Salsa and a few coriander leaves.Step 7
Serve with lime wedges.
