Ingredients
- 400 g of steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 pack of gran luchito soft wheat street tacos
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red peppers
- 0.5 gran luchito smoky chipotle fajita and taco mix
- 1 spoon of gran luchito chipotle salsa, to serve
Method
Step 1
Slice steak and toss in Smoky Chipotle Fajita and Taco Mix.Step 2
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat.Step 3
Add red onion & red peppers & cook for 6-7 mins.Step 4
Add steak strips & cook for another 5 mins (for medium steak).Step 5
Remove from heat & leave to rest for 3 mins.Step 6
Serve spooned into warmed Soft Wheat Street Tacos with guacamole, lime wedges & Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.
