Ingredients

  • 400 g of steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 pack of gran luchito soft wheat street tacos
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 red peppers
  • 0.5 gran luchito smoky chipotle fajita and taco mix
  • 1 spoon of gran luchito chipotle salsa, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Slice steak and toss in Smoky Chipotle Fajita and Taco Mix.

  • Step 2

    Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat.

  • Step 3

    Add red onion & red peppers & cook for 6-7 mins.

  • Step 4

    Add steak strips & cook for another 5 mins (for medium steak).

  • Step 5

    Remove from heat & leave to rest for 3 mins.

  • Step 6

    Serve spooned into warmed Soft Wheat Street Tacos with guacamole, lime wedges & Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.
