Ingredients

  • 3 chocolate brownie slices
  • 500 ml of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 dusting of icing sugar
  • 1 good handful of strawberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Roughly chop three Ocado chocolate brownie slices.

  • Step 2

    Remove 500ml vanilla ice cream from the freezer to soften slightly.

  • Step 3

    Slice a good handful of Ocado strawberries.

  • Step 4

    Simply layer the scrummy ingredients into four tall glasses or sundae dishes starting and ending with strawberries.

  • Step 5

    Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
