Nothing says family fun like chocolate dipped marshmallows. These wonderful-for-winter creations are seriously scrummy and take just 15 mins to make.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 12 large white marshmallows
- 12 lollipop sticks or kebab skewers
- 50 g of white chocolate sprinkle balls
Method
Step 1
Add the broken chocolate pieces to a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water to melt the chocolate. Alternatively, use a microwave. Allow to cool slightly.Step 2
Carefully skewer each marshmallow with a lollipop stick and dunk each into the melted chocolate so the top half of the marshmallow is submerged.Step 3
Allow the excess to drip off and then, over a bowl, sprinkle on the white chocolate balls so they stick to the chocolate. (Freeze-dried raspberries work well for sprinkling, too.) Place the marshmallows onto a lined baking tray and allow them to set. Repeat with all 12 marshmallows.Step 4
Serve the dipped marshmallows alongside a warming hot chocolate.
