Ready in just 10 mins these Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pots are perfect for meal prep breakfast or just a sweet treat with a healthy hit. We’ve used M&S’s high protein yoghurt for the base of our pots because they taste delicious, and they’re packed with protein to keep you fuller for longer. Peanut butter and chia seeds add an extra layer of goodness as they’re packed with gut-loving fibre. They’d even work pre or post workout for a wellness kick with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3 x 200g High protein honeycomb yoghurt pots
  • 100g dark chocolate drinking flakes
  • 3 tbsp tbsp Super Seeded Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 dates
  • 150ml whole milk, plus a splash
  • 2 tbsp Good Gut Berry Booster Topper

Method

  • Step 1

    Scrape the yoghurt into a food processor or blender.
  • Step 2

    Add the chocolate flakes, peanut butter, chia seeds, dates and milk. Whizz on high until smooth, adding a splash more milk if you’d like it a little thicker.
  • Step 3

    Spoon into 4 pots, sprinkle each with ½ tbsp berry booster then cover and chill for at least 3 hours, or up to 4 days.
