Ingredients
- 10 ml of honey
- 3 tbsp of single cream
- 40 ml of scotch whisky
- 10 ml of frangelico
- 10 ml of grand marnier
Method
Step 1
Shake the first four ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass. Whisk the cream lightly then float over the drink with the back of a spoon - just enough to cover the surface.
