Ingredients
- 30 ml of no.3 london dry gin
- 100 ml of dry sparkling wine
- 1 cinnamon stick, to garnish
- 1 orange, peeled to garnish
Method
Step 1
Add ice to a tumbler, pour over the gin and cordial; stir.Step 2
Strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the cinnamon and orange.
