Ingredients

  • 30 ml of no.3 london dry gin
  • 100 ml of dry sparkling wine
  • 1 cinnamon stick, to garnish
  • 1 orange, peeled to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add ice to a tumbler, pour over the gin and cordial; stir.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the cinnamon and orange.
