Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp of sunflower or olive oil
- 0.5 small echalion shallot, very finely chopped
- 1 tsp of caster sugar
Method
Step 1
Whisk all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl with a large pinch of salt until combined. Drizzle in the oil, whisking until thickened and emulsified.
