Ingredients
- 40 ml of gin sul
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- 15 ml of funkin sugar cane syrup
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 1 egg, white only
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Muddle 3 raspberries in a cocktail shaker.Step 2
Add the Gin Sul, fresh lemon juice, syrup and egg white, and shake (dry shake).Step 3
Add the ice cubes then shake again (wet shake) to create a silky foam top.Step 4
Strain into a chilled martini glass.Step 5
Garnish with 3 raspberries
