
Cod with alioli and potato gratin

Marinate fish in aioli (‘alioli’ in Spain) for garlicky goodness.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of aioli sauce
- 4 ocado cod loins
- 480 g of picard 4 potato gratins
- 1 good handful of green beans, (can use leafy salad, to serve)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan/gas 6 and heat grill to its hottest setting, if yours is separate.Step 2
Line two baking sheets with foil, placing the gratins on one, and the cod on the other one, spreading 1tbsp aioli over each of the fish fillets.Step 3
Place the gratins into the oven for 25 mins.Step 4
With 8 mins to go bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil, and place the fish under the hot grill, or wait until the gratins are finished.Step 5
Cook the green beans in the water for 5-6 mins.Step 6
The fish is cooked once it is opaque and the sauce is golden brown and bubbling.Step 7
Serve one of the potato gratins alongside each portion of aioli cod. Add some green beans or a baby leaf salad, if liked.
