Ingredients
- 85g salted butter, cut into 6 pieces
- 425g miniature marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 175g Rice Krispies
- 6 pucks Doughlicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, cut into small pieces
Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large pan over a low heat, stirring occasionally until liquid. Keep the heat low so it doesn't brown.Step 2
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until they have completely melted into a smooth, glossy mixture.Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.Step 4
Add the Rice Krispies and fold gently until the cereal is evenly coated. Work quickly as the marshmallow will start to set.Step 5
Fold in the Doughlicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces so they are distributed evenly throughout the warm mixture.Step 6
Transfer to a lightly greased 23x28cm pan. Use a buttered spatula to press the mixture into an even layer, taking care not to pack it too firmly. Leave to set at room temperature for 30 mins.Step 7
Once set, cut into 10 squares. To serve, place each square on a wooden stick and use a kitchen blowtorch to lightly caramelise the outside until golden.
