Ingredients

  • 2 tsps of pepper sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp of coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 sweetcorn, leaves and threads removed

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the corn. Boil for about 12 minutes until tender.
  • Step 2

    While the corn is cooking beat the butter with the pepper sauce, lime zest and coriander until thoroughly mixed. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Step 3

    Drain the corn thoroughly and spread liberally with the butter to serve.
