
Corn on the Cob with Smoky Chilli and Lime Butter

Ingredients
- 2 tsps of pepper sauce
- 1 lime
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of coriander, finely chopped
- 4 sweetcorn, leaves and threads removed
Method
Step 1
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the corn. Boil for about 12 minutes until tender.Step 2
While the corn is cooking beat the butter with the pepper sauce, lime zest and coriander until thoroughly mixed. Chill until ready to serve.Step 3
Drain the corn thoroughly and spread liberally with the butter to serve.
