Ingredients
- 150g couscous
- 2 carrots, finely sliced
- 1 half roast chicken (approx. 450g), shredded
- 300g M&S Coronation Coleslaw
- 70g wild rocket

Cook the couscous as per the pack instructions.Step 2
Mix the carrots, chicken and coleslaw into the couscous and tumble through the rocket.
