Ingredients

  • 150g couscous
  • 2 carrots, finely sliced
  • 1 half roast chicken (approx. 450g), shredded
  • 300g M&S Coronation Coleslaw
  • 70g wild rocket

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the couscous as per the pack instructions.

  • Step 2

    Mix the carrots, chicken and coleslaw into the couscous and tumble through the rocket.
