Ingredients

  • 100 g of white crab meat
  • 2 tbsp of lucy’s lemon mustard mayonnaise (or mix 2tbsp mayo with a squeeze of lemon juice)
  • 120 g of celeriac, grated
  • 16 crostini
  • 1 tbsp of chives, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the crab with the mayonnaise, celeriac and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Step 2

    Arrange the crostini on a platter and top each with a dollop of the crab mixture. Scatter over the chives and serve.
