Ingredients
- 100 g of white crab meat
- 2 tbsp of lucy’s lemon mustard mayonnaise (or mix 2tbsp mayo with a squeeze of lemon juice)
- 120 g of celeriac, grated
- 16 crostini
- 1 tbsp of chives, chopped
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the crab with the mayonnaise, celeriac and a pinch of salt and pepper.Step 2
Arrange the crostini on a platter and top each with a dollop of the crab mixture. Scatter over the chives and serve.
