Ingredients
- 2 gem lettuce, chopped
- 1 large avocado, chopped
- 1 (120g) pack M&S Cooked Crayfish Tails
- 2 tbsp seafood sauce
- 2 chives, chopped
- ½ a lemon, cut into wedges for squeezing over
Method
Step 1
Divide the lettuce between 2 glass tumblers or small bowls and top with the avocado.Step 2
In a bowl combine the crayfish with the seafood sauce, then layer on top of the avocado.Step 3
Sprinkle with chives, finish with a squeeze of lemon and serve.
