In a spin on a classic, OcadoLife recipe editor Lauren Hoffman’s Crayfish Cocktail uses succulent cooked crayfish tails for an easy win. Add a squeeze of lemon to finish. Perfect for light, summery lunches or as retro starters.

Ingredients

  • 2 gem lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large avocado, chopped
  • 1 (120g) pack M&S Cooked Crayfish Tails
  • 2 tbsp seafood sauce
  • 2 chives, chopped
  • ½ a lemon, cut into wedges for squeezing over

Method

  • Step 1

    Divide the lettuce between 2 glass tumblers or small bowls and top with the avocado.
  • Step 2

    In a bowl combine the crayfish with the seafood sauce, then layer on top of the avocado.
  • Step 3

    Sprinkle with chives, finish with a squeeze of lemon and serve.
