Ingredients
- 2 celery sticks, finely sliced
- 0.5 red onion, very finely diced
- 12 capers, very finely diced
- 1 tsp nori seaweed, crumbled
- 200g Better Nature Organic Tempeh Block, chopped and slightly crumbled
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 heaped tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 12 crackers
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp salad cress or chives
Method
Step 1
Put the celery, onion, capers, seaweed and tempeh in a mixing bowl and stir.Step 2
Add the nutritional yeast, soy/ tamari, mayonnaise and parsley to the bowl then mix until everything is evenly combined and coated. Season to taste.Step 3
When you are ready to serve, top the crackers with radish, tempeh topping and sprinkle with cress or chives.
