Ingredients

  • 2 celery sticks, finely sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, very finely diced
  • 12 capers, very finely diced
  • 1 tsp nori seaweed, crumbled
  • 200g Better Nature Organic Tempeh Block, chopped and slightly crumbled
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 heaped tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 12 crackers
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp salad cress or chives

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the celery, onion, capers, seaweed and tempeh in a mixing bowl and stir.
  • Step 2

    Add the nutritional yeast, soy/ tamari, mayonnaise and parsley to the bowl then mix until everything is evenly combined and coated. Season to taste.
  • Step 3

    When you are ready to serve, top the crackers with radish, tempeh topping and sprinkle with cress or chives.
