Ingredients
- 50g light cream cheese
- 50g stilton
- 50g cucumber, grated
- 2 celery sticks, washed and trimmed (leaves reserved)
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the light cream cheese, stilton and grated cucumber, using a fork to break down any large pieces of cheese. Season to taste.Step 2
Cut the celery sticks into 5-7 cm batons and fill with the cheese mixture. Finish with the reserved celery leaves.Step 3
The filling will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, or longer if you don’t add the cucumber.
