Ingredients

  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • 45 g of deliciously ella nutty granola
  • 1 dash of milk alternative, to top
  • 1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    To make the strawberry chia jam, place the strawberries and maple syrup into a small pan over a medium-low heat and cook until the strawberries are soft for about 10 minutes. Once soft, mash the berries using a fork or masher, until smooth. Add in the chia seeds and cook for 10 more minutes before removing from the heat and leaving to cool.
  • Step 2

    Put the Deliciously Ella Nutty Granola in a bowl and top with Rebel Kitchen Semi Skimmed Mylk. Add the strawberry chia jam on top, a generous dollop of peanut butter and finish with sprinkling of peanuts for a beautiful crunch.
