
Dill Pickle Crisps

Why serve crisps and dip separately? Here we spoon the dip over the crisps to create the perfect dill pickle crisp sharing platter. Next time, try this with crispy roasted potatoes or boiled potatoes instead of crisps for a new take on potato salad.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 300g soured cream
- 0.5 small garlic clove, grated
- 3 pickles or gherkins, 2 finely chopped, 1 thinly sliced
- 2 salad onions, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
Method
Step 1
Spoon the soured cream into a mixing bowl. Add the garlic, chopped pickles, most of the salad onions, chives and dill then mix well and season to taste.Step 2
Tip the crisps onto a plate or serving platter then spoon over the soured cream sauce. Top with the sliced pickle and sprinkle with the remaining salad onions, chives and dill.Step 3
Serve straight away or toss together until everything is coated in sauce.
