Ingredients
- 50 ml of guinness
- 50 ml of prosecco
- 15 ml of sloe gin, optional
- 50 ml of schweppes soda water
- 20 ml of blackcurrant cordial
Method
Step 1
Pour the Schweppes Soda at the bottom of a champagne flute along with the blackcurrant cordial.Step 2
Slowly pour the Prosecco on top.Step 3
Top up with Schweppes Soda Water.Step 4
Slowly pour 50ml Guinness on top, it will mix itself with the Prosecco and Schweppes Soda water.Step 5
PRO: Add 15ml of Sloe Gin to spice up your cocktail. Best served in a flute glass.
