Ingredients

  • 50 ml of guinness
  • 50 ml of prosecco
  • 15 ml of sloe gin, optional
  • 50 ml of schweppes soda water
  • 20 ml of blackcurrant cordial

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the Schweppes Soda at the bottom of a champagne flute along with the blackcurrant cordial.

  • Step 2

    Slowly pour the Prosecco on top.

  • Step 3

    Top up with Schweppes Soda Water.

  • Step 4

    Slowly pour 50ml Guinness on top, it will mix itself with the Prosecco and Schweppes Soda water.

  • Step 5

    PRO: Add 15ml of Sloe Gin to spice up your cocktail. Best served in a flute glass.
