- 50 g of chocolate eggs, crushed

- 0.25 tsp of dr. oetker pink food colour gel
Method
Step 1
Line a large baking sheet, about 20cm x 30cm, with greaseproof paper. Put the chocolate pieces in a large heatproof bowl and microwave on high, about 900watts, for 20 secs then stir, repeat until all of the chocolate is melted.Step 2
Pour a quarter of the melted chocolate into a small bowl, add a few drops of pink food colour gel and stir until you have the desired colour (see Tip).Step 3
Repeat with the remaining chocolate and colours, leaving a quarter of the white chocolate in the original bowl.Step 4
Pour the remaining white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth out to create an even layer. Dollop small spoonfuls of the coloured chocolate over the top of the white chocolate and use a cocktail stick to swirl the chocolate together.Step 5
Sprinkle the crushed chocolate eggs over the chocolate and top with Easter sprinkles. Set in the fridge for about 1 hour.Step 6
Once set, break or cut up your chocolate into pieces to enjoy straight away or store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 1 week.
