Ingredients
- 1 large bulb of garlic, top sliced off
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 40 g of salted butter, softened
- 5 g of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pack of ocado bake at home white baguettes
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. Place the bulb on foil and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Pop the garlic onto a baking tray and bake for 30 mins, or until soft.Step 2
Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl with the butter and parsley, then mix.Step 3
Make slices in your baguette, ¾ of the way through, then spread your garlic butter into each slice.Step 4
Pop back into the oven and bake for a further 10-12 mins until golden.
