A tasty recipe made using our Pork Chipolatas, using prime pork shoulder, made into smaller bite size sausages. These are a favourite with children and adults throughout the year.

Ingredients

  • 350 g of edwards of conwy pork chipolatas
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 125 ml of welsh honey
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7.
  • Step 2

    Arrange the sausages in a large shallow roasting tin
  • Step 3

    In a bowl whisk together the oil, honey and soy sauce and pour over the sausages ensuring they are all coated in sauce.
  • Step 4

    Throughout cooking move the sausages around.
  • Step 5

    Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and then add the sesame seeds.
  • Step 6

    Delicious served warm or cold and great for parties
