A tasty recipe made using our Pork Chipolatas,
using prime pork shoulder, made into smaller bite size sausages. These are a
favourite with children and adults throughout the year.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 350 g of edwards of conwy pork chipolatas
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 125 ml of welsh honey
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7.Step 2
Arrange the sausages in a large shallow roasting tinStep 3
In a bowl whisk together the oil, honey and soy sauce and pour over the sausages ensuring they are all coated in sauce.Step 4
Throughout cooking move the sausages around.Step 5
Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and then add the sesame seeds.Step 6
Delicious served warm or cold and great for parties
