A lovely twist on your regular egg sandwich - with dollops of salty sweet creamed cod roe that may quickly be your new favourite way of eating eggs.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 egg, hard boiled, cooled and sliced
- 1 knob of spreadable butter
- 1 squeeze of kalles kaviar
- 1 small handful of peashoots
- 1 tsp of chives, freshly chopped
- 1 leksands original rye
Method
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of butter on your crispbread.Step 2
Place a small amount of pea shoots on the crisp bread before arranging the egg across the top.Step 3
Top with as much Kalles Kaviar as you want - around 1tbsp.Step 4
Finish with freshly chopped chives or peashoots.Step 5
Serve immediately.
