Ingredients

  • 2 tsp TrueStart Barista Grade Instant Coffee
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes
  • 25ml Kahlúa
  • 1 square dark chocolate, for grating (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the instant coffee, 100 ml water, runny honey, chilli flakes and Kahlúa to a jug or shaker filled with ice and mix until fully combined.
  • Step 2

    Strain into a chilled glass.
  • Step 3

    To serve, finish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate, if you like.
