Ingredients
- 2 tsp TrueStart Barista Grade Instant Coffee
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 25ml Kahlúa
- 1 square dark chocolate, for grating (optional)
Method
Step 1
Add the instant coffee, 100 ml water, runny honey, chilli flakes and Kahlúa to a jug or shaker filled with ice and mix until fully combined.Step 2
Strain into a chilled glass.Step 3
To serve, finish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate, if you like.
