Ingredients
- 15 mint leaves
- 50ml white rum
- 50ml elderflower cordial
- 1 lime, squeezed to give 25ml lime juice, plus a few lime slices
- 150ml elderflower kombucha
Method
Step 1
Rub the mint leaves between your fingers to release the scent and flavour, then place in a tall glass.Step 2
Add the rum, cordial, lime juice and a generous handful of ice; stir well.Step 3
Pour in the kombucha, add a few lime slices; stir and serve immediately.
