Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Joe & Seph’s Espresso Martini Caramel Sauce
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 50ml coffee liqueur
  • 50ml espresso
  • 2 tbsp Joe & Seph’s Espresso Martini Popcorn

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the martini caramel sauce on a lipped side plate and microwave for 10 secs.

  • Step 2

    Set the plate on the table and twist the rim of each serving glass in the sauce to coat.

  • Step 3

    Put 1 scoop ice cream in each glass, pour over the coffee liqueur then hot espresso.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with popcorn and serve immediately.
