Espresso martini is an original modern classic often served after dinner. Strong and smooth, this is a cocktail with a kick and originates from Lonondon in the early eighties. Combining vodka, cooled fresh espresso and coffee liqueur into a cocktail shaker to create a foamy top. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a clean jar with a screw-top lid instead. Make this easy cocktail recipe at your next festive dinner party with friends and family. Recipe from Michele Lombardi, a bartender from Italy and head mixologist at Quaglino’s in London.
