Festive Clementine and Pomegranate Party Punch

Punch is the ultimate party drink – simply grab a glass mixing bowl, pour in your delicious drops and let your guests help themeselves. Here, add some festive sparkle with a gold-flecked, sweet clementine gin liqueur from M&S to sweet and sour pomegranate juice, sharp lemon juice and a refreshing fizz of soda. Add your fruity garnishes just before serving. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 400 ml of m&s clementine light up snow globe gin liqueur
- 500 ml of pomegranate juice
- 100 ml of lemon juice
- 400 ml of soda water
- 2 clementines, sliced into thin rounds
- 300 g of pomegranate seeds
- 1 sprinkle of edible glitter (optional)
Method
Step 1
Add the gin liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice to a punch bowl or large jug and stir well.Step 2
Refrigerate until needed and just before serving, add in the soda water, clementine slices and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately and top up with your choice of festively-shaped ice cubes and a sprinkle of edible glitter if desired.
