
Feta and Watermelon Skewers

Ingredients
- 200 g of feta, cut into 20 cubes
- 200 g of watermelon, cut into 20 cubes
- 2 limes, juice only
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 30 g of mint leaves, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp of sumac
- 0.5 tsp of chilli flakes
Method
Step 1
Skewer alternate feta and watermelon cubes on 20 kebab skewers (we used wooden ones).Step 2
Mix the lime juice, sumac, chilli flakes, oil and mint leaves, and season. Pour over the skewers and marinate for at least 1 hr before serving.
