Ingredients

  • 200 g of feta, cut into 20 cubes
  • 200 g of watermelon, cut into 20 cubes
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 30 g of mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp of sumac
  • 0.5 tsp of chilli flakes

Method

  • Step 1

    Skewer alternate feta and watermelon cubes on 20 kebab skewers (we used wooden ones).
  • Step 2

    Mix the lime juice, sumac, chilli flakes, oil and mint leaves, and season. Pour over the skewers and marinate for at least 1 hr before serving.
