Ingredients
- 4 ripe figs, quartered
- 60g wild rocket
- 4 tbsp orange balsamic dressing
- 70g bresaola, torn
- 20g pecorino, shaved
Method
Step 1
Toss the figs with the rocket in a large bowl. Drizzle over the orange balsamic dressing and toss well.Step 2
Divide between 4 plates and top with the torn bresaola and shaved pecorino. Serve straightaway.
