Ingredients

  • 4 ripe figs, quartered
  • 60g wild rocket
  • 4 tbsp orange balsamic dressing
  • 70g bresaola, torn
  • 20g pecorino, shaved

Method

  • Step 1

    Toss the figs with the rocket in a large bowl. Drizzle over the orange balsamic dressing and toss well.

  • Step 2

    Divide between 4 plates and top with the torn bresaola and shaved pecorino. Serve straightaway.
