Ingredients

  • 1 woodfired pizza base
  • 1 (130g) tub green pesto
  • 1 (140g) pack ripe figs, sliced
  • 1 (125g) pack buffalo mozzarella, roughly torn
  • 1 (120g) pack prosciutto cotto
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Cook the pizza base for 10 mins as per pack instructions. Remove to a serving board.
  • Step 2

    Spread the base with a little pesto, then arrange the figs and mozzarella over the top, Drape over the prosciutto and drizzle with a little more pesto and extra-virgin olive oil. Finish with a few grinds of black pepper, if you like. Slice and serve.
