Ingredients
- 12 triple chocolate cookies
- 180 g of white marshmallows
- 6 tbsp of sprinkles to decorate
- 4 tbsp of edible glitter
Method
Step 1
Lay the cookies on a lined baking tray. Place the marshmallows into a heatproof bowl and microwave for bursts of 20 seconds, until they have melted.Step 2
Remove the bowl from the microwave and use your fingers to stretch the melted marshmallow into long strands. Drape them across the cookies to create a firework effect.Step 3
Working quickly, sprinkle the cookies with the coloured sprinkles so that they stick to the marshmallow.Step 4
Allow the cookies to set and then serve.
