Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 tbsp tartare sauce
  • 100g cooked peas, lightly crushed
  • 4 (approx.) jumbo fish fingers
  • 2 handfuls ready-salted potato sticks
  • 2 squeezes ketchup (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the fish fingers in the oven or air fryer as per the pack instructions, until cooked through and golden.
  • Step 2

    Spread each tortilla with the tartare sauce, then scatter over the peas. Top with the fish fingers and potato sticks.
  • Step 3

    Add a squeeze of ketchup, if you like, then roll up the tortillas and get stuck in.
