
Fish en Papillote with Aioli

Ingredients
- 150 g of new potatoes, cooked and diced
- 2 tbsp of aioli
- 15 g of flora buttery
- 1 carrot, cut into fine sticks
- 100 g of fine green beans
- 2 x 150g fish steaks e.g. cod loin
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
Method
Step 1
Heat the Flora in a pan and fry the carrot and beans for 3-4 minutes. Divide between 2 sheets of baking paper or foil.Step 2
Place the fish on top, season with a little black pepper. Add the cooked potatoes and drizzle with lemon juice.Step 3
Fold the paper or foil and seal the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C/Gas 6 for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked. Serve with the Maille Aioli.
