
Fro-yo Strawberries

Simply dip strawberries into yoghurt and freeze for the perfect summers day snack. We’ve used strawberries but why not try tossing raspberries, blueberries or grapes through the mix and making a frozen bark instead? These are perfect for the whole family, so simple even the kids could make them.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200g tub greek yoghurt
- 140g tub strawberry yoghurt
- 4 tsp runny honey
- 2 x 400g packs Red Diamond Strawberries
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Method
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment.Step 2
Open the yoghurts, squeeze 3 tsp honey into the plain yoghurt and the remaining into the strawberry yoghurt. Stir well to create an even consistency.Step 3
Holding the green tops, dip half the strawberries into the plain yoghurt to coat evenly then set on the parchment. Repeat with the remaining half of the strawberries and the strawberry yoghurt. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios then freeze for at least 3 hours. Remove from the freezer about 10 mins before eating.
