Inspired by the sweet, slurpable cereal milk left behind in the bowl at the end of your breakfast, this nostalgic, frothy Frosted-flake Shake is given a grown-up boozy twist with a splash of bourbon. For a fun flavour spin, try another cereal such as Coco Pops, Crunchy Nut or Marshmallow Mateys – with or without the alcohol!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 handful frosted flakes, plus extra to finish
- 200ml milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 25ml bourbon whiskey (optional)
Method
Step 1
Soak the frosted flakes in the milk for 15 mins, then strain into a blender.Step 2
Blitz with the ice cream and bourbon (if using) until combined and thick, then pour into a glass and serve topped with a few more frosted flakes.
