Jakobsson, it can be kept in the freezer for a cheeky snack or served up as a tray so everyone can

Ingredients
- 450g 5% fat natural greek strained yoghurt
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 250g raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced
Method
Step 1
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt with the honey; spread it evenly over the tray.Step 2
Add the almond butter in small dollops, then gently swirl it into the yoghurt with a knife. Scatter over the raspberries and banana.Step 3
Freeze for at least 4 hrs or overnight. To serve, remove it from the freezer and break into shards with a table knife.
